For many years I was a motivated Member Services Manager versed in Member Services and clerical office skills. Driven to exceed expectations and able to operate effectively in high-pressure environments. At Canyon Lake Property Owners Association I quickly became a trusted administrator to the company president, executive staff and office manager. I demonstrated ability to complete tasks accurately despite interruptions and competing demands. I earned a reputation for maintaining a positive attitude and producing high-quality work. My employment with Canyon Lake POA began as a Records Administrator and was quickly promoted to the Escrow Administrator position, Hearing Services position then the Member Services Manager. In 2007 I became a full time home maker where I volunteered my time acting as President for the International MOMS Club and then filling various seats on the Sundance Elementary School PTA Board. In 2019 I was hired as a Classified Substitute for the Beaumont School District and filling in numerous positions as Health Instructional Assistant, Clerical, Instructional Assistant and Campus Security. I have recently graduated form the Beaumont Adult School Certified Nurse Assistant program on August 7, 2020 after being placed on hold due to the stay at home orders. I have tested and successfully passed the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program and have received my Nurse Assistant Certification.

On-Call Classified Substitute fills in a variety of positions within the school district. Positions vary from Clerk, Instructional Aid, Crossing Guard and Health Instructional Assistant.
I managed a fast paced office environment responsible for Member Services for approximately 4,800 property owners. The Member Services Department was the first contact that Members had with the Association whether it was on the telephone or in person. I enjoyed helping our members whether it was on the telephone or in person. I handled each member contact with courtesy, attentiveness and accuracy. In the Member Services Department we had a call center with multiple representatives. We were responsible for guest call ins, assisting members with questions and referring them to the proper department for further assistance. I performed various managerial and clerical duties which included: Maintaining current Insurance policies for our registered boats and golf carts within the community. Boat Registration, Contractor Passes, Garage Sale Permits, Guest access and call ins, Guest Fishing Permits, Golf Cart Registration, Vehicle Registrations. Hired, trained, oversaw and scheduled accordingly eight to twelve Member Services Clerks for each fiscal year. Coordinated monthly department meetings with staff, delegated tasks, addressed employee discipline, provided annual reviews for employees and prepared an annual budget. Negotiated contracts for services resulting in more efficient processes and lower costs. Processed and mailed 12,000 boat registration information to Association Members, timely and accurately. Assisted members with violation questions and payments as well as annual dues payments. Assisted Members with Membership questions and directed them to the proper department wit in the Association or the City. Maintained accurate Membership forms and files and implemented a new filing system to ensure efficient and on-going maintenance were made. I dealt regularly with and assisted numerous departments within the Association as well as outside companies such as the City of Canyon Lake, Canyon Lake Police Department, Realty Companies, Escrow Companies, Mortgage Companies, Insurance Companies and Local Utilities.
Greeted and welcomed Members to the credit union in a courteous, professional and timely manner. Provided prompt, accurate, and efficient member transactions. Receive checks and cash for deposit accounts, verify amounts, examine checks for proper endorsement and other deposits into computer records. Cash checks and process withdrawals: payout money after verification of signatures and member balances. Maintained an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all credit union products and services that are handled or promoted by tellers. Maintained an up-to-date knowledge on all related policies and procedures, rules, and regulations for the teller area, including robbery procedures. Balance cash drawer at the end of shift and compare totaled amounts to computer-generated proof sheet. Research and resolve discrepancies.
