  • Counsel and coach members who are non compliant and fail to meet Hedis metrics and requirements gathered from quarterly reports.
  • Assist the pharmacy account management team, prescribing physicians, and members to rectify and diffuse complaints about insurance rejections, medication requests, and prior authorizations.
