Medical Service Technician and Military Veteran July 2000 – May 2014 offering 13 years of experience providing senior level medical and customer service support. Chosen by senior leadership to provide supervision for over 1,500 DOD personnel within the medical department. Responsibilities include daily primary care activities, preventive medicine, trauma and emergency care. Recipient of multiple awards for outstanding performance and professionalism in the United States Navy. Since 2014 I have spent time working as a medical technician, and most recently a supply technician during the Martinsburg VAMC Covid19 response. Recently I completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate and will be working towards the Comptia A+ to increase my skillset and make myself more marketable in the workplace. In Jan 2021 I will begin a degree in computer networking or cyber security from Blue Ridge Community and Technical College. The application is pending but will be approved for the spring 2021 semester, and I should be able to produce the paperwork upon request

  • Provided medical support to Martinsburg VAMC EENT clinic that is responsible for veteran's ophthalmic needs and advanced care for patients that reside in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC.
  • Conducted ophthalmic coherence tomography testing on a daily basis from Sep 2014 to Dec 2019, this includes brining clinics daily average for patient testing from 15 day to 35-40 per day.
