  • Main duties as medical scheduler.
  • Took all in coming calls and made appointments for all four providers.
  • Took over 100 or more calls a day.
  • Blocked schedule out when doctors where out of the office and changed schedule as needed.
  • Learned two new medical programs as office was undergoing changes and taught others to use it in the office.
  • Creates an entire database and template for all four providers to get new program running.
  • This was done with no guidance and completely learned upon my own.
  • In April 2013 was asked to take the referral coordinator and accepted.
  • In this position I verify all medical insurance for every patient coming in the following day.
