Essential duties included but not limited to:
-Create appropriate organizational environment and value system which stimulates the morale and productivity of the workforce and its leadership
-Provide strategic direction, planning, and customer focus
-Perform any/all tasks within the plasma center; train production employees and demonstrate how tasks are to be performed to meet company standards and on occasion, fulfill the role of production employees when the need arises
-Monitor and evaluate operations, develop and implement actions plans to improve operational issues. Supervise the implementation of improvements
-Maintain thorough familiarity with State and Federal regulations, FDA approved Standard Operating Procedure Manual, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP
-Supervise donor selection, plasma collection, and all manufacturing records to maintain the highest production standards in accordance with Federal and State regulations, with FDA approved Standard Operating Procedure manual, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP, through systems in place
-Oversee plasma shipment and equipment failures
-Submit timely and accurate reports as necessary on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
-Report any irregularities within the center to the Operations and/or Quality Manager
