Being a USMC Sergeant and attending their leadership training has given me an edge in leading my department and coordinating work with other rig departments to insure safe and efficient rig maintenance. Priding myself with being able to troubleshoot a problem while in route to the rig floor, therefore avoiding long periods of downtime is one of my greatest pleasures. I enjoy a challenge and perform well under pressure without outrageous temper flares. Arguments only get in the way and waste time that can be used solving the problem.
I am a loyal employee and enjoy sharing with and training others on the team.
Thanks for your consideration.
