  • Thermal modeling of a mobile data center of (6 m x 4 m) area with two wall mount ACU. The Room consists of two row of low power IT equipment without aisle containment and three high power cabinet with two in-row-coolers. Considered different modifications inside cabinets.
  • Developed Thermal Model of outside telecommunication purpose cabinet using black box model. Applied solar loading, thermal resistance, system impedance and fan flow curves.
  • Conducted experiments on servers [cisco c220 m3, HP prolient, Facebook winterfell] using an air flow test bench to find thermal and system resistance with LabView Program and validated data with CFD simulation results.
  • Applied liquid cooling loop in a rack with four cold plates placed on top of heaters, controlled by Agilent power supply and LabView program. Used thermocouples, thermal paste, pressure transducers, flow control devices, valves, pump, reservoir and heat exchanger.
  • Experimental knowledge of heatpipes, heatsinks, thermal pads, coldplates, fans, and other heat exchanger.
