'4-2-1 exhaust system', Syracuse University (Citrus Racing) Converting the existing 4-1 exhaust system to a 4-2-1 system by redesigning the tubing and the acoustics of the exhaust using SolidWorks and ANSYS according to the FSAE standards; involving extensive thermal and structural analysis using concepts of Fluids and Thermodynamics; FEA and CFD analysis being a priority towards the design and manufacturability considering all the tolerances. Assisting in the assembly and testing of the exhaust, sizing of the air intake, exhaust and other sub systems on the engine before the field testing.
