Since receiving the opportunity to work here at Costco Logistics, I've done my best to show that I take pride in my work ethic. Always trying to exceed goals by showing a personal standard of Professionalism as well as motivating my peers to do better. To have an enjoyment in what we do. I also led our CMH's throughout some of our challenging times here at our MDO to prepare for our previous visit from Costco's Management Team that was here on March 29th. Though that visit was a success, I'm still focused on sustaining our improvements and being innovative in ways we can do better. If given this amazing opportunity to advance in our MDO I'll continue to show that I will always do my best to advance our company not only in being proficient and accurate, but also to be a place where our employees can enjoy coming into work. John Maxwell mentions, "you must first win a man's heart to win his hand". And that is one of my life's mantras. We spend more than half of our lives at work, so we must make it somewhere our employees can enjoy rather than dread. I've served in the US Army for 5 years receiving several awards as well as acknowledgements for not only my accomplishments here in the US, but also for my achievements overseas. I've been through several training schools that include not only combat skills, but also schools and training that work to improve leadership and management skills. I don't know everything. But I am always hungry to learn. I've worked under pressure and I've always kept myself to maintain a professional conduct even though I wasn't always successful. I will always work hard no matter what the task. And maintain professionalism at all times, not only with customers and clients, but also with fellow peers and subordinates. As for my personal life, I've been married for 9 years and my Wife and I have 3 amazing sons, and a beautiful daughter together. We are youth leaders here at our local church and enjoy working with people. My work reflects the importance of family and personal values. Due to my responsibilities at home, I will never jeopardize myself by acting in any sorts or misconduct or in any acts of being unprofessional.
