In my position as a Leasing Agent, I am responsible for keeping up my complexes occupancy by leasing apartment homes to qualified individuals.
I am in charge of answering all incoming calls, scheduling tours of the property, and handling the leasing process from start to finish.
I am also responsible for making sure the maintenance team closes, follows up, or opens work orders.
Along with that, I am in charge of filing all work orders and paperwork for the complex.
I handle annual file audits, as well as keep track of lease renewals.
I collect rent, deposits, and any fees needed to be paid by the residents.
Any delinquency or evictions I handled along with the assistant manager.
Customer service is also one of my many duties, in the sense that any resident conflicts I handle.
If I can not resolve it, I am responsible for directing them to my manager or my Regional Manager.
Any Move -In or Move-Outs, I conduct the walk through with the Assistant Property Manager.
I run errands as needed for the complex, as well as "shop" other apartment communities in the area.
Along with my duties as a leasing agent, I am responsible for keeping track of all bills due by entering them into the system and filing.
For Holidays, I am put in charge of decorating and hosting that particular resident activity.
