    • Developed standard process building blocks to simplify the purchase and specification of equipment and materials used to build automotive electronic products at global locations.
    • Immediate improvements resulted in smaller spare part inventory, improved equipment downtime, and equipment availability leading to more than a 6% cost avoidance for each production line, annual savings $840K per line, or the cost of one pick and placement robot.
    • Conducted emergency contingency manufacturing planning workshops involving key individuals from worldwide locations.
