I started at ADP as a contractor for a temporary project and in a year was recognized for my hard work and was offered a full time position. Through my hard work and due diligence I was recommended to apply for internal positions and was able to gain experience and excel in both back end operations as well as client facing roles. At an organizational level I was recognized for excellent customer service where in I received 100% on my survey scores for an entire year and was awarded the President's award by the President of Retirement Services. Throughout my career at ADP I have been recognized and respected by various levels of management which led to my career progression from an individual contributor to being a people manager.
