I started as a Sales Rep when the company was selling Voice Search Assistance to Business Owners. Main job responsibility was explaining what Voice Search could do to help there business be found if someone was using Google Voice Search, Amazon Alexa, Microsoft Cortana and Samsung Bixbi. Then company went back to Selling Google My Business. After working for 3 months I was promoted to the Upsell department where I would offer additional Services to customers like SEO and Fixing all the wrong information that was uploaded onto Search Engine sites or databases that had wrong information , no information at all.
During Christmas time the upsell department had very little leads to contact which caused me to be making little to none sales so they allowed me to go back to the Sales department, and within Two weeks the Sales Manager was fired and because no one else was knowledgeable to be able to run the department they promoted me to the Sales Manager/Supervisor. I was also the in house IT which included fixing computer issues like Headphones not working, replacing hardware when failed or required more RAM, Also finding and removing any viruses or malware that was infecting the computers.
I monitored Agents call times, listened to the phone conversations, Tracked all sales and or Refunds daily, At end of the week I was also compiling the total amount of sales that were still active to tally each agents commission.
Employed to remotely Fix and Repair program issues and or remove Viruses/Malware/Spyware/Adware/Ransomware and Junkware issues from the desktop or laptop sessions were remotely connected to also contacting customers once work was completed to have them test the computer and make sure the issues were resolved before disconnecting the session.
Reason why employment at this company was so short is because they were raided by FBI and shutdown
Started as Customer Service Representative, Responsibilities included answering incoming calls from active customers or customers looking to renew there subscription.
Remotely connecting there computer to our system and then finding what the computer issue was that they were calling about. Then Sending there remote session over to the technicians department. Also watching as Sessions were completed and taking control of there session from tech to then contact the customer back and advise them of the work being completed and making sure they test the computer out and that there PC's issue was fixed. Also upselling them on security software and or selling them a 1 year subscription so they can call back at anytime and get there computer fixed or cleaned again without having to pay the original fix and repair price all for a low monthly payment of 30 bucks .
After working for 5 months with the company I was promoted to the Floating Supervisor position.
Responsibilities of position: Floating between Customer Service and Sales Department assisting Agents with whatever issue they were unable to figure out on there own whether it was sales reps not able to get remote session started, finding out why calls were taking so long, Coaching reps in mistakes they made like saying things they weren't supposed to, or improperly notating computers issues, monitoring there call times and or break times.
During my Employment I was learning how to fix computer issues and also went through the Microsoft Certification to become certified in fixing windows computers remotely.
My most favorite memory of this job was getting a disgusting pedophile arrested and a LARGE network of online pedofiles found and arrested because of there file sharing with one another. After force locking the customers computer and getting in touch with the Police Department and FBI's Cyber Crimes division and getting to testify that he allowed us access to his computer remotely and also to scan his computer for what was causing his system to be sluggish and causing browser windows to pop up when he wasn't opening the ad sites that were launching automatically. And getting to testify in court to the disgusting pictures and video's he had open in a download folder that was already open on his desktop so after enabling folders options to lock the files so they couldn't be deleted Local cops and Federal Agnets were sent over to his house.
I was then put in charge of my own department called QA (Quality Assurance Department)
In this department we would listening to Recordings of Reps who complaints were made against whether it was Sales, Customer Service and Technicians. Contacting customers to smooth over there anger at the services provided and make sure that whatever there problems were against the company were immediately resolved.
During my employment I was started at 12 an hour. in 5 Months was bumped to 15 an hour and before company was shut down I was then Salary and Commission which came out to almost 25 Dollars an Hour with overtime as well.
Reason why employment was terminated was because FBI came into building of almost 800 employee's and shut the company down because illegal activities were brought into the light.
Refusing Refunds to customers who requested, Intentionally Infecting the internet with fake viruses that prompted there 888 numbers to direct customers to us under the guise that we were Microsoft Technicians which we were but not for Microsoft.

Once they were talked into getting there unsecured debt cleaned up there Account Numbers were filed along with other personal information like the Bank Account they were using to setup there monthly payment to fix and repair there debt.
Reason for leaving employment was better job with greater pay and closer to home became available
