-Work closely with the Senior Manager and Director of Cage Operations to implement policies.
-Lead the implementation of policies, operating procedures and training for cage staff, including disciplinary counseling.
-Responsible for employee engagement, and recognition / rewards. Acknowledge cage staff, and other casino employees through SHOWSTOPPERS and Workday recognition.
-Lead the cage team toward a successful completion of shift operations including : balancing of all banks, adherence to all company best practices and all
Federal, State and local gaming regulations in addition to the delivery of SHOW standard quest service to all internal and external guests - including employees in cage operations and other departments.
-Perform all functions in Chip Bank, Marker Bank and Main bank.
-Maintain paperwork flows regarding credits and debits. Verify various types of payments; including incoming /outgoing wires, branch office and sister property transmittals.
-Generate end of shift reports, including daily comps issued.
-Process patron complaints, working toward resolution and guest recovery
-Answer multi-line phones, respond to email correspondence from guests and staff.
-Work with department groups as necessary, including Table Games, Surveillance, Security , Investigations, T31, corporate compliance , Self-Limit, Internal Audit , Finance and the Gaming Control Board of Nevada.
