  • Verifying invoices/bills for accuracy and certifying them for payment.
  • Handles all travel arrangements including: air reservations, hotel reservations, and car rental reservations and advances, scheduling options, and set-up the itinerary. Prepares travel vouchers upon completion of travel.
  • Served as the point of control for the tracking and processing of security clearances and building pass application for the office's numerous Architect/Engineer (A/E) and construction contractors.
