Summary

I consider myself a well rounded, hard working employee. I am able to learn new tasks quickly. From a young age my dad had me helping with everything from yard work to building add ons for my house. Most of my job experience comes from the food service industry. My first job was at a small kitchen in an American Legion hall as a dish washer with some prep cook work. From there I learned other positions in the kitchen from preparing and cooking to plating and selling. Most of my experience comes from working as a prep cook. The last job I held was at McClouds were the bulk of my work was prepping vegetables and proteins, and any other of our handmade menu items I spent 6 months at hopjacks doing these tasks. I am very motivated and I thrive working in a fast paced environment and am able to handle pressure well. I am a fast learner and when I get into a flow of things it becomes very hard to slow me down!
