  • Perform title searches on subject properties for encumbrances or legal issues.
  • Perform UCC searches on all debtors, including entities for any outstanding liens.

  • Work with investor banks to ensure payments to contractors occur in a timely manner.
  • Work with underwriters to perform on-site inspections throughout the construction project to ensure it is proceeding along accordingly with the draw schedules.
  • Perform updated title searches on properties throughout the construction process to ensure no contractor liens have been filed against the property.
  • Maintain constant contact with the Regional Sales Officers and contractors to ensure a smooth construction process, and look for issues that may potentially cause problems and work to resolve those issues.
  • Prepare and process closing documents accordingly.
  • Work with customers/insurance agencies to ensure that no lapse of insurance coverage occurs on our assets during the life of the loan/lease.
  • Maintain continuations on upcoming expiring UCC's to ensure no lapses occur.
