Additional Information
  • Final Journal Reflection When I first took the PERMA survey, my scores were different then they are when I took the survey today. In the accomplishment category, I scored a 7.33 the first time I took the survey whereas today I scored a 6.33 out of ten. I think this could contribute to the fact that summer classes are ending and the stress of all the work so close to the finish is making me feel like I can’t accomplish it all. For loneliness, the first time I took the survey I scored a 7 whereas today I scored an 8 out of 10. I think this has to do with the fact that a lot of my friends are leaving for school and I know I’m going to go months without seeing them. In the engagement section, I scored a 7 the first time I took the survey whereas today I scored a 6.33. I think this also has to contribute to the stress of summer classes and work and how I feel completely overwhelmed and exhausted by it all. Except for positive emotion and meaning I scored lower than I did when I first took the survey. However, my overall happiness went up by 2 points to an overall 7/10.
