Beginning to think about retirement allowed her to be willing to delegate many responsibilities she was overwhelmed with. She allowed me to complete many tasks that helped the staff become more focused and passionate. I managed clinic operations, including supervising vet techs, scheduling and appointments. Responsible for employee scheduling, vacation/holiday requests, Provided relief when staff availability was low.
