Additional Information

Although I do not have an extensive history in paid employment in the Food Service field. Let me tell you a little about me any my volunteer work. At 12 I began working in a full service kitchen at our church. Preparing and serving food once a week for around 300 people. This developed my love for cooking and food service. I then took 3 years of culinary classes in High School.

COVID hit - This turned our little 300 meal food prep into a massive 1200 free meals for our community. Prepping hundreds of pounds of food, packaging and serving through our drive through. This taught me the importance of customer service. I was pretty much the go to person when it came to safety protocol. I took all the training I could get to learn how to handle this pandemic and to ensure the safety of our volunteers and customers. Yes I'm young but I learn very fast and I absolutely love working with the public.

I have been very fortunate to have many wonderful mentors that have taught me the value of a job well done.
