I'm handling +25 branch in 8 states for IT Hardware and Software.
Sales: Responsible for OEM all-up revenue targets & scorecard metrics. Develop account plans with Condition of Satisfaction, Geo expansion with distributor engagement for better breadth coverage. Revenue forecasting per managed partner by Business Group on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
Marketing: Execute Gulf/Global marketing programs, promos, incentives and offers across channel ecosystem to accelerate/overachieve business quotas.
Readiness: Ensure channel readiness for both managed (distributors & managed partners) and unmanaged (breadth partners) by conducting regular readiness sessions.
Anti-Piracy: Identify leads based on market intelligence or thru programs like mystery shopping. Drive channel awareness programs (letters, faxes, emails, round table meeting, etc) to increase awareness levels of partner ecosystem.
