  • I am responsible for several systems in my role as the lead organic service representative (OSR) for the 558th Software Engineering Squadron. These systems consist of complex information systems that allow for secure communications, as well as sophisticated simulated mission operations for the operators on the E3G AWACS.
  • I regularly patched operating systems, configured switches, and updated the blade servers in order to maintain a level of information assurance that was in compliance with the department of defense instructions.
