I am currently the IT/EMR Specialists at CKC. I have been in this position since February 2017. I am responsible for IT inventory, ordering, and maintaining all software's for every unit at every location. I maintain a detailed spreadsheet of the inventory for incoming, outgoing, and recycled equipment. I also work very closely with our IT company with the software's, inventory, and ticket system. I maintain the company patient portal and making sure it stays updated and functioning correctly on both sides and if not getting this resolved with the eClinicalWorks. I complete all on-boarding and off-boarding processes and forward information to appropriate contacts. I profile all computers and/or laptops for each new employee. I maintain hot spares for the company, which requires bi-weekly plug-ins and updates to be performed until the units are needed to be deployed. 
If a new provider is starting with the company I'm responsible for creating the user, working with Provider Scheduling to complete and check orientation schedule, and preparing the training binder and completing the provider training.
 I'm also the President and Regional Operations Director Assistant. I assist with scheduling meetings for internal/external contacts, scheduling meetings, obtaining contracts & signatures, working on confidential projects, and organizing committee meetings. I have been doing this position since 2009.

2005 to 07/2007 Customer Service Representative/Scheduler Touchstone Imaging | City, STATE, I was responsible for faxing and making sure all of the reports for our patients are correct in spelling of name, date of birth, and study date and exams. While checking reports I am also doing billing packets and making sure everything is correct and ready to be billed to the insurance companies. I also check in and out every patient. With that I explain benefits and paper work as well as answer all questions they may have. Also at this time I collect any payments that are due.  Throughout the day I am answering the phones as well as scheduling directly with the doctor offices and hospitals. At the end of the day I fax all patients’ numbers for exams that day as well as send payment logs to corporate for logging. Also was responsible for training of all new employees for the front office positions and following up on them to make sure they are staying current on training and everyday tasks and responsibilities after training.
2002 to 2005 Administrative Assistant Hand And Plastic Surgery Clinic | City, STATE, I was responsible for checking all messages first thing in the morning. I was to return all calls and concerns left over night first thing. I did all of the supplies in the exam rooms as well as ordered the supply when low. Assisted in scheduling surgeries, appointments, and authorizing exams when insurance required so. I checked in and out patients and collected co-pays/payments at that time. I was also required to do medical records and learn how to work a multi-line phone system.
