  • Adjudicated petitions to Remove Conditions on Residence (form I-751) and Petitions for Alien Relative (Form I-130).
  • Adjudicated I-130 petitions in both paper and electronic format (ELIS).
  • Adjudicated petitions rendering decisions consistent with immigration laws, regulations, precedent decisions and USCIS policy. Discretion was applied using these sources to accurately yield an appropriate decision for the benefit sought with minimal supervision.
  • Requested initial and additional evidence when required for adjudication for all form types.

  • My duties include reviewing auto loan applications from across the United States submitted to JP Morgan Chase to be considered for financing. I primarily review applicant's credit history along with other factors to determine if applicant qualifies for the credit requested. Decisions may also require interviews with customers that may assist with the decision outcome. A constant communication is also required with the dealerships to maintain the support level that needs to be provided. All reviews and assessments are documented, all reasons for and against an application are thoroughly notated in the file by me. All steps are done promptly as turn around time is essential in the industry, often requiring just minutes to review the application and make a decision.
