Recruited, hired, onboarded, trained and managed 30 employees in the golf department, including golf shop, outside service, player assistants and supported the manager of the makai grill staff.

Developed and executed a merchandise plan that reduced inventory shortages improved margins, exponentially improved profits and raised total sales from approximately $330000 to $850,000 in sales.

Successfully recreated and rebranded the Makai Golf Club logo establishing a sense of place and history of Prineville logo with zero waste of existing branded supplies and merchandise.

Enhanced an unguided sunset tour into a fully hosted event generating a missive indirect revenue stream.

The sunset golf cart tour became a marketing juggernaut and Won the #1 amenity in golf from Golf Inc. Magazine.

Transformed the Makai Snack Shop into the Makai Grill. We improved guest satisfaction attracted outside business amplified an approximately $175,000 of sales per year into $450,000 per year while achieving industry standard margins and food costs.

Guided and collaborated with other department heads yearly budgets and business plans which included capital improvements, sales and marketing action plans and financial benchmarks.

Strategically developed weekend golfer development programs to capture guests weekly itinerary.

Expanded the weekly offerings with the Mahalo Mixer which include a beginner level on course instruction.

Organized the Wednesday scramble which include a golf clinic and 9 plus hole of golf to further elevate our locally grown golfers.

After establishing these golfer development program successfully delegated them to a newly appointed teaching professional who carried on their success.

Managed, scheduled, hired, onboarded, and trained Union Golf Cart Attendants.

Supervised 4 fulltime and 7 part time employees.

Wrote and coached, and enforced detailed policies and procedures for all outside service duties.

Collaborated, authored, and trained a new sequence of service for the Prince Golf Course which include reservations, reception, registration, guest return and evaluation.

Developing a staffing guide to optimize guest satisfaction and reduce staff levels.

Cooperated with department Heads and the Director of Golf to budget design and execute a renovation and reopening plan for the Prince Golf Course.

Assisted with the creation of The Princeville Invitational, an annual official Aloha Section Event. Duties included budgeting, organizing, promoting the event, solicited sponsors, and organized media coverage.
