I am a personal who is highly motivated about achieving result that are aligned to both my believes and the organizations. I enjoy watch people reach their potential.
Having had a number of years in the aviation industry; I understand the need to be adaptable and the requirement to move quickly - while customer service and customer focus is always important whether it is internal or external customers I am dealing with the impression that I leave on them reflects the organization.
I am well organized and proactive always revising current strategy and minimizing potential things that could prevent the project meeting its deadlines. I would through possible solutions to minimize and delays. As a result I am dedicated in reaching deadlines with time to spare for testing so when projects go live they are ready to be live.

Through ongoing workforce planning and looking at ways and organization could reduce its risks to not having the right resource at the right time.

I completed my MBA specializing in Leadership Development and Performance Management.
I have one exam to sit in June 2015 to complete my MPA and as MBA is a double, I will graduate then with both of my MBA and MPA.
Due to work commitments I was unable to take the last paper due to extra travel.
I completed my B.Bus (HRM) in 2009 with a major in Employment Relations and Employment Law.
I am currently studying a Doctoral in Clinical Psychology - Business and Organizational.
