Professional Summary

I would consider myself an astute business owner who has been successful in growing two business into profitability thru the school of hard knocks. My parents owned their own business and I learned from them the importance of customer service. They would always tell me that customer service is something everyone wants but very few are willing to provide it. They always practiced this and because of it they had a very successful business, so of course I copied that business habits and many others ending up with two successful businesses. I enjoy working with people and get a lot of pleasure putting a smile on peoples' faces. I guess that is why I have always found myself in a customer service job vs on an assembly line in a manufacturing plant somewhere.
