With 20 years cultivation experience and vast product knowledge I was often asked to help design and help further better a clients cultivation experience through various ways. Most clients had been given misinformation and were often times cutting corners or just didn't understand the first steps to becoming a successful grower. I would examine their set up or build out, their nutrient regiment/recipe that the plant needs to thrive, along with many other things to ensure success within their environment. I was able to help all clients to achieve goals set forth by both them and myself so they better understood their set up as a whole, how to expedite process without missing any steps, and have an overall set up that they could easily understand how to operate on all levels. With the majority of clients I more than doubled their productivity with the first harvest. Each harvest I would consult the client between 3-6 sessions.

Here I was the lead in a medicinal cannabis grow operation that supplied dispensaries throughout Southern California. I designed an efficient and clean 5,000 sq. ft facility that contained a veg room, 3 flower rooms, and a cure room. Each room was set up for complete optimization and keeping the plant managers in mind to make it a user friendly and clean work environment. Once set up was complete I ensured we had everything from A to Z including Nutrients, Measuring devices, and all other necessary tools that go into a thriving cannabis environment. Although I had plant managers that handled day to day maintenance, I would work with them side by side taClaire clones, transplanting, setting up and taClaire down each room at harvest, along with all other tasks that keep a successful cultivation thriving. As the lead I had to make sure I had the proper employees for each task. Cultivation is a very tedious thing, so there are no cutting corners, just using past knowledge to help in any situation that comes and expedite it as best as possible. Past the cultivation, I was in charge of budgeting all aspects of schedule/scheduling, time, and money that goes into keeping a business of this magnitude ongoing and thriving. With this, I have over 20 years experience in the cultivation field ranging from the smallest one light set up all the way to a large 100 light set up. Having both first hand cultivation experience and vast product knowledge of all items sold in the store I was able to more than double gross profit within a 6 month period as well as continue to grow profits throughout my work at Sunwest. For example, sales went from around $500,000 annually to 1.2 million the first year I came on board. We continued to grow from there. I oversaw multiple employees in different facets of the business. I handled all client consultations, whether it was fielding a general question or helping them to better understand how a given product works within their given space to help ensure better knowledge for them and in turn more sales. I was in charge of handling all major orders from vendors as well as met with vendors when new products came in to better educate my staff and clients and customers alike.
