· Assist the National Treasurer, as necessary, when a chapter financial audit is conducted at the request of the Executive Committee of the NCMS Board. Treasurer will make available to the Executive Committee all financial records for the Chapter, including bank statements, chapter ledgers, reconciliation statements, receipts, and any other materials necessary to conduct the audit.
