  • I worked on night crew for a short period, which was similar to the dairy shift, except i did not manage the department and was not responsible for taking inventory or placing orders. i was however responsible for offloading pallets of food and products, stocking and rotating the products, and finally breaking down and bailing the cardboard at the end of the night.
