Washington Managed a 12,000 square foot waterfront private Estate and Marina in Seattle Washington.
Performed all household duties including supervising housekeeping staff, landscapers, gardeners, maintenance and repair contractors. I provided concierge services, which included travel planning, working with personal shoppers and was also a liaison for my clients vast historical car collection.
Was solely responsible for provisioning a large home and personally controlled inventory, selected vendors, and worked with the home owners personal family accountant who issued payment for any services provided to my clients.
Was first responder in the event of a break in or false alarm.
Worked closely with the "Smart Home" designers, programing security cameras, lighting scenes and clients favorite temperature and lighting schemes for sleep,awake and away.
Was responsible for meeting with all service and city inspector personnel and making sure all components and systems were maintained ready for inspections.
My Clients last child was a young teenager when they bought a second residence and started racing F-1s. Four four of the five years at this residence, I was also the primary caretaker of a female teenager.
