Develop, implement and manage the Water Quality Discharge Program. Review, interpret, strategic planning consult, and negotiate existing/proposed and final regulations and rules with various regulatory agencies regarding the compliance of Utilities procedures with regulations/rules. Develop and implement procedures; determine and obtain applicable permits for various Utilities activities to comply with regulations and rules. Â
