  • Responsible for coordination and implementation of Energy Services energy efficiency programs, projects and processes in support of Executive and Management Teams and overall cooperative initiatives.
  • Develops, plans and coordinates departmental and interdepartmental training as well as educates members and vendors in cooperative programs and processes consisting of but not limited to, interconnections, energy audits, residential and commercial rebates, energy conservation.
  • Facilitation of new program processes for online submissions within SmartHub, SharePoint: Cooperative Solar Rate Program (2020), Interconnect
  • Collaborates with third-party vendors and outside legalto implement programs.
  • Educates members on conservation and energy efficiency programs and initiatives and recommends ways to save, while addressing any member concerns and escalations.
  • Provides member support through public relations while educating on Energy Service programs and processes; such as presenting at city council meetings, acting as cooperative representative during public events as Annual Meeting (2013, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 2018) and Solar Tour (2014, 15, 16 and 2017), while also presenting to community centers and other events.
  • Develops and manages department program budgets ($1 M+) and department budget.
