Positions: STORE MANAGER, INSPECTOR AND INSIDE SALES
Store Manager - Performed store manager duties for the Carrizo Springs Texas location which includes the management of 3 inside salesman and 11 warehouse/drivers. Met with area companies at the job site to manage their business accounts and develop new relationships on a regular basis.

Physical Security Specialist - Executed according to the Commanding Generals guidance the installation security plan in regards to the entry and exit points aboard base and the entry and exit points and alarm systems to all secure facilities required.
Per DOD regulations, conducted surveys and noted discrepancies and corrective action of armories, document vaults and other priority facilities aboard installations to ensure adherence to security procedures put in place to mitigate damage, theft/loss and personal safety.
Instructor - Performed duties as a Military Police Instructor for a 3 year period. Trained new Marines out of boot camp for a 12 week period who upon graduation become Military Police.
Created and taught classes of 50 students via power point, personnel instruction and hands on areas such as lethal and deadly force, legal rights, handcuffing techniques, victims advocates, pistol marksmanship and field and route reconnassaince.
Recruiter - Visited and gave oral and power point presentations along with question and answer periods to local high school and college classes discussing the opportunities of joining the Marine Corps.
Conducted physical training programs to help new recruits meet and adhere to the requirements to attend boot camp.
Made home visits to speak with parents, friends and relatives of potential recruits to discuss any positive or negative concerns in regards to joining the Marine Corps.
Made weekly and monthly detailed schedules outlining my hourly, daily, weekly and monthly plan of action to help meet my objectives and goals.
