  • Project manage the Nature Discovery program, designed and launched Nature Play program that has provided early-childhood nature immersion to over 2,600 Boulder area youth and caregivers.
  • Manage Voice & Sight Education program, created a virtual learning experience that has reached 20,000 dog guardians in an effort to address trends in recreation management challenges.

Build effective alliances with volunteers, community partners, and external stakeholders:

  • Manage a cohort of 80 mountain-bike patrol volunteers, facilitate multi-agency meetings and leading trainings in partnership with U.S. Forest Service, Boulder County Parks & Open Space, and Boulder Mountain-bike Alliance.
  • Train and mentor volunteer naturalists to deliver culturally sensitive environmental education programming to thousands of students annually through partnership with local school districts and youth-centered community organizations.
