Responsible for initiating and managing ECMO on critically ill pediatric and neonatal patients in the Pediatric, Cardiac, and Neonatal intensive care units. When there is no ECMO running able to confidently care for acute patient assignments in either the Neonatal, Pediatric or Cardiac ICU.
