Maintain contact with authorized personnel/contractors who are responsible for maintenance and upkeep of said devices, assist as needed.

Remove passengers off coaches for illegal behavior such as threats made to operators and fare evasion.
Review daily incident reports.
Request, download and view all video from the fleet of coaches.
Interview all potential part-time officers for employment.
Supervise 22 part-time officers. Supervise and coordinate all RFP proposals with outside contracted security companies.
Give daily tasks to part-time officers
On-Call 24hrs for emergencies on TARC property and all coaches.
Take warrants out on people who have committed crimes on TARC property and on behalf of coach operators.
Attend all court hearings in these matters as a representative of TARC to make sure our best interest including coach operators is being taken into consideration.
Plan, supervise and attend all thunder over Louisville events and Kentucky derby festival events relating to safety and security.
Review of incident reports.
Investigate all public complaints made against a TARC operator.
Discuss any issues/concerns with operators that they might have.
I review cases with Risk Management and get all necessary information and video's needed for his cases.
Assist TARCS legal team with investigations.
