Summary

After 20+ years as a financial planner, I am looking to change to a different industry but still be able to use the skills I have acquired over the years. I have encountered clients with unique goals, resources, and situations. In order to provide the best financial advice possible, I spent a lot of time learning about employer benefits and tax laws. What benefits are currently available and if there are any proposed changes. I enjoy going through large amounts of data and bringing order to the chaos. I compile the data, complete the calculations, and stress-test the strategies. Preparing financial plans is like a puzzle waiting to be organized, compiled and stitched to create a better picture than exists alone. Financial planning helps you develop critical thinking skills since you have to consider all of the options available to your clients and it exposes you to many different industries. With experience in benefits, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, cash management, college planning, and insurance planning, I help clients see what is possible with the tools they have available.
