Office (PMO) As the Manager of the PMO, created and implemented the CSP PMO that included: portfolio management, program management, and project management; provided project management within a geographically dispersed agency with 1010 members; acted as the IT liaison between the Governor's Office of Information Technology and the Chief's Office; provided risk management and conflict resolution; and as a trusted adviser, administered strategic business planning, demonstrated an ability to lead cross-functional teams, and provided successful project execution.
As the PMO Manager, provided portfolio management for the Patrol's Executive Governance Committee initiatives that required oversight from the Governor's Office.
Examples include dissolving the Ports of Entry and absorbing personnel and duties into different State departments, and program management for the Mobile Data Computers which included asset management and refresh, software and connectivity contract negotiation, RFPs; managing staff; and the end-to-end implementation of large-scale, high-profile, complex projects within the CSP.
Also, the PMO managed a 125-project portfolio.

The creation of an enterprise project management training curriculum model using the PMBOK Guide's best practices that interfaced with law enforcement's Incident Command System (ICS) for tactical events.
