I am currently enrolled at the University of Florida Office of Professional Workforce Development distant learning program. This course prepares students for the national Certifying Board for Dietary Managers Credentialing Exam. My projected graduation date is September 10, 2021 although I am approximately four weeks ahead of schedule and plan to graduate by the end of July. Upon successful completion of this 15 month training course approved by the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals, I will be qualified to sit for the CBDM Credentialing Exam to earn my Certified Dietary Manager/Certified Foodservice Protection Professional degree.
