Loan default prediction and investment strategies
Analyzed data from an online lending platform, “Lending Club”. Developed GLM as baseline models to predict which loans are at risk of default with an accuracy of 87% and later implemented Random forest model which lead to an accuracy of 98% with an increase of around 10% in accuracy. These models are then used to devise investment strategies considering historical data.

Determined the marketing costs using CPC and click-through rates. Established financial balance and inventory support on the website to ease operations management.
Text mining and sentiment analysis of Tweets using Spark Streaming
Implemented real-time streaming of tweets using Spark streaming and recorded those tweets. Performed text mining on the data using NLP, extracted clean tweets, and analyzed the trends of keywords that potentially have the capacity to endure community hatred.
Small-scale poultry analytics
