    • As a case manager it is my job to make sure that my clients keep up with records, appointments and any help and resources that I can provide the client with to make sure they are getting the best help that they can and feel safe and comfortable. As Team Manager of the Reclamation department for AAP, my duties included creating and developing the daily flows of the department for a new distribution center.
