Process fraud/disputes claims to mitigate losses to the Credit Union, work daily reports. Assist internal and external members with questions related to Credit Card and Member accounts. Assist co-workers with claim related questions to ensure recovery of funds. Work closely with Loss Prevention, Collections, and Accounting to limit losses to the Credit Union
I started with the Credit Union collecting on auto loans, bankruptcy filings and incoming bills from outside vendors. I then transferred to the Credit Card Department working Fraud claims.
Processing returned checks and recovering losses. Assisted stores with red flags accounts to defer potential losses.
