Creates a technical vision for the court and implementation plans for new technical projects; analyzes new technologies; Communicates and coordinates with Judiciary, Director of Courts, Docket Manager, and court staff to determine the applicability of new technologies. Create and train staff on new equipment and software. Provides first-level support and monitors daily operations of key enterprise-level systems, primarily Court Function and City-managed Websites by performing the following duties. Monitors the day-to-day operations of the Municipal Court’s enterprise-level software systems. Performed system testing and quality control checks of new updates and configurations. Constructs new user accounts and provides introductory training for users of enterprise-level software systems. Completes user account adjustments due to changes in staffing and communicates with City Information Technology Departments regarding proper system coverage. Respond to questions and requests for assistance with software use; refers more complex issues to appropriate staff for resolution. Maintains a working system knowledge of key operations for assisting users and ensuring proper use of the software. Trains users in system operations and reporting functions. Creates test transactions and runs tests to find errors and confirm software meets specifications. Writes documentation and reviews documentation written by others that describes the configuration and operating procedures. Advises customers on how to accomplish tasks using the database applications by answering questions and providing training. Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions about software applications. Update the Municipal Court website and digital display board (Bright Author 4.7) weekly and monthly; performs the task of collecting traffic statics weekly to create a monthly report as well as balancing the petty cash monthly. P-card manager, receive and reconcile and process credit card statements. Responds to citizens’ questions and comments in a courteous and timely manner as posted on the court website. As Court ATAC (Assistant Terminal Access Coordinator), Ensure Departmental compliance with the regulations of SLED; attend meetings, conferences, workshops; provide training sessions and reviews materials to become, and remain, current on principles, practices, and new developments in assigned work areas by SLED. Performs other duties as assigned, including preparing, compiling, reviewing, and sorting documents necessary for business transactions, reviewing records for accuracy, and reconciling bank statements.
