Summary

I started off in corrections as a Correctional Officer in 2013.

I then moved to Transport Team in 2014 for corrections.

During 2014 of being on transport team I also was trained in the intake process of the prison. In 2015 I promoted to Sargent and took over Ground detail of 10 offenders, indside perimeter and outside permitee.

In 2016 I became the Armory Sargent of the prison, which those details included: Oversee the OC Chemicals, weapons, ammo, handcuffs, legirons, waist chains, all the tools on the compound, all tools were purchased through me and then placed on inventory. I overseen the radios, and equipment on the compound.

I was over the locks and keys on the compound. I kept up with all the inventory of all these items, placed orders, received shipments.

I was over the department for 3 yrs before I resigned from the Armory to promote to Lieutenant on shift. I now over see 14 employees along with my captain, and 1150 offenders.

I am a dependable employee, work hard, follow through with my job duties. I follow policies and procedures. I will train officers with a 100% of my effort. I believe in solving issues as a team.
