I have 21 years of experience in food service. I worked for NISD for 18 years , from March 1997 to January 2015. During that time I spent 14 years as a manager. I over saw the middle school kitchen from Jan 2001 to June 2005. And from Aug. 2005 to Jan 2015, I was in charge of a High school cafeteria. I had from 7 up to 19 employees under my care. I was in charge of all aspects of the kitchen from presentation of all lines to taste of food. Inventorying all items, food , paper, chemical. And then doing the orders . I was also in charge of any disciplinary action that may of occurred. Documentation was a must. I also had payroll to keep up with. And lastly the production records had to be done daily for both breakfast and lunch. I now have 3 years of experience at BCFS HHS in the food service area. Here I must keep up with breakfast and lunch production and inventorying and ordering too.
