  • May 2012 FDA Fundamentals for ORA Mission Support Professionals- OD108 at ORA-U.
  • This was a very intense one week training which focused on the overall development of support professionals here at FDA.
  • The course indoctrinates its participants to the Historical Background of the FD&C Act and the regulations, Food and Drug Law and FDA Jurisdiction.
  • The course had very detailed pre requisites that gave us an overall Tour of the entire FDA and an Orientation to ORA.
  • Daily quizzes and a Final exam was given in order to receive a Certificate of Successful Completion and Continuing Education Units for the course.
  • The completion of this course covered every aspect of what a support professional should know to be able to accomplish their mission in their current position up to and including the Executive Support Level.
  • Sept 2012 Consumer Complaint Coordinator Workshop This course was an opportunity for Consumer Complaint Coordinators to learn and develop new courses of action to facilitate complaints on a National Level.
  • New improvements and insight to FACTS, Oradss and many other ORA Applications were introduced to some and perfected for others.
  • This course was the first of its kind and will allow Consumer Complaint Coordinators to disseminate information to its respective regions more cohesively.
  • Sept 2021 ORA QMiS Training The course was given here at the Atlanta District for secure storage and control of company documents.
  • The system is compliant with current regulatory standards and allows for e-routing of documents for e-signature approval which helps control, automate, and streamline document flow.
