Trained new Job Schedulers hired for NEXCOM.  Supervised operators during Operations Supervisor annual leave.  I trained operation personnel, programmers, Analyst and Admin users to use the new scheduling application.  Self motivated to improve old legacy scripts.  Help write technical manuals to help Operations refer back to notes.  Continue to provide enhance the performance statistics on the scheduling.  Skills improved using SQL queries since Automic,(AppWorx) is an object oriented application.

 

04/1997 to 02/2000 Lead Computer Operator Check 'N Go | Terrell, TX, Responsible to oversee and improve nightly production jobs.  The task to monitor payroll:  AS400 backup, File Transfers Protocol, time clocks, lab, and storage tracking systems on the mainframe.  Monitor the Interface Manager between mainframe and Hospital Operating Systems.  The use of CA-Scheduler 7.4 MBS time Management system improved the nightly production mainframe.  Provided repair and on site help to users through the Hospital Umbrella.
