    Built  in  2003 a new infusion site with no clients or guidelines for care to currently managing over 140 clients a month that are affected with Multiple Sclerosis, Crohn's, Ulcerative Colitis, Myasthenia Gravis, CIDP and osteoporosis clients. 

  • Manage and coordinate care for a 7 chair infusion suite infusing medications such as Tysabri, IVIG, Solumedrol,
    Remicade and Reclast. 
  • Maintaining and implementing policy and procedures
    as well as marketing physician groups for accounts. 
  • Responsible for insurance verification and re-authorizations related to patient care.
  • Effective time management skills and organization implementation.
  • Successfully implemented standard policies and
    procedures for the infusion of Tysabri, Remicade and IVIG so that physicians could easily order the treatment and all necessary care for the client.
  • Work hand in hand with the research department at NAI,
    to further new treatment regimens for MS clients.

of employment.  With two years of committed traveling, learning and implementing, introduced over 50 telemonitoring machines into clients home and trained all staff in using them.  Staff was able to monitor their clients at one central computer without making unnecessary visits to clients homes.
