Provide leadership and management for all aspects of Tissue Bank and Andrology services, including policy and procedures, staff development and regulatory compliance with SOP's, Quality Assurance Policies, OSHA, FDA, CLIA, and New York State Department of Health regulations Determine donor eligibility requirements per FDA and state requirements.
